This work emerged from my personal journey—over two decades spent searching for answers to why I lived in constant fear, self-doubt, and overwhelming anxiety that sometimes made life unbearable.
Though I studied psychology hoping to find explanations, I ultimately had to venture beyond conventional approaches to discover real solutions. My breakthrough came when I discovered nervous system healing through the work of my mentor, Irene Lyon. There, I finally addressed the root cause of my emotional pain and began experiencing relief from the relentless stress of survival mode.
After three transformative years deeply immersed in SmartBody SmartMind, I was honoured to be accepted into Irene's advanced mentorship program—the Scientuitive Practitioner Track (Level 1)—in September 2024.

This journey is created for sensitive and introverted souls (I call us the ‘deep feelers’) who:
You meet friends for a picnic at the beach. While others seem to simply enjoy themselves, you're simultaneously following the conversation, tracking people's energy, noticing the nearby couple arguing, feeling the intensity of the wind and waves, checking what food everyone's brought and how you're going to avoid overeating, and mentally mapping where the toilets are. By the time you leave, you're completely drained.
You wake up feeling down on a day you're supposed to meet a friend. Anxiety builds as you debate how to show up. Being fake feels wrong, but sharing your full truth feels too vulnerable. You compromise by acknowledging your feelings partially, but leave feeling waves of embarrassment and anxiety, worrying you're "too much."
You look forward to a day off, but when it arrives, you become overwhelmed by possibilities. Unable to decide what to do, you procrastinate, feel stressed, don't enjoy yourself, and then beat yourself up for "wasting" your free time.
