Relationships are fundamental to our wellbeing and I believe the most important skill as a mentor and coach is to create a relationship where you feel safe, seen, heard, and understood. Walking alongside you as a trusted ally, I support you to make sense of distress, connect with your authentic self, and discover your unique gifts and purpose.
I know you are already wise and capable and don’t need someone to tell you how to live your life. Rather, I think of myself as someone to support you in self-reflection, processing experiences, clarifying strengths, practicing authentic relating and communication, and solving problems while offering wisdom from my lived experience that are relevant to your situation.

I have worked as a lived experience recovery coach for over two years and before this, worked for more than ten years in mental health research and training organisations including three years in child mental health. My 20+ year journey of navigating mental health challenges has steered my life to being one devoted to holistic health and wellbeing and turned me into a self-confessed personal development and therapy nerd.
The last six years has been spent developing a deep knowledge-base around trauma and the nervous system, which informs all aspects of my practice. I blend the expertise and wisdom gained through these experiences to compassionately support you to move through challenges with the belief that each of us can heal and each of us has unique gifts to offer the world.
